Swim Lenoir is a year-round competitive swim team for kids between the ages of 5 and 18. We are the only Caldwell County swim team registered with both USA Swimming and North Carolina Swimming, and the only team in the county to provide a year-round program. The parent company, Swim Lenoir, Inc., is a non-profit, charitable corporation organized to support and promote national sports competition.
